      The control and sale agreement

Once your payment is received on time, the agreement between KNX-Automation and the client begins. This means that you agree with the content and the price specified in the order confirmation.
From that moment, the cancellation of the order is no longer possible. KNX-Automation can unilaterally terminate the sale agreement for reasons of force majeure. In this case, an agreement can be established by agreement between the two parties (buyer and seller).

      The delivery
We try to send our products to our customers in the shortest possible time. In principle, common items are sent within seven working days. However, the delivery time is dependent on the availability of products, and other factors that may influence the delivery and on-Automation KNX which has no outlet.
This is for example the case of force majeure and in particular in the case of accidents, war, strikes or blockades that fully or partially affect the construction industry. In the absence of the customer during the delivery, the product can again be delivered, but the customer must compensate the shipping cost for the second shipment.

Right of renunciation and Returns
Under the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after delivery of the product or the conclusion the service contract. This right of cancellation does not belong to the professional buyer. disputes
All complaints must be communicated to us in writing (via e-mail or registered mail). We take to heart every complaint or notice and do our best to meet you in the event of a complaint or remark founded.
